Rotofinisher 2 SE

Rotofinisher 2 SE can reduce the pulp contents in the in the citrus and tropical fruit juices. It is provided with two filtering stages, whose speed can be individually adjusted by an inverter.
1) The first stage is normally operated at a lower speed, it gets back cells that can be used by soft drink industry.
2) The second stage is made up of a cylindrical filter, normally with holes 0,5 mm in diameter and carries out a further finishing of juice, facilitating the following step of processing.
The possibility to adjust the speed of the screws in real time and to change the screens assures the best finishing results with different juices, including tropical fruit juices.

Technical data

• Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Driven by two electric gearmotors, 2,2 kW each and controlled by an inverter, with an adjusting range from 30 to 1000 rpm.
• Adjustable spring devices to generate the counter-pressure on the pulp outlets.
• Juice inlet and outlet through two DN 40 fittings.
• Automatic washing system for the internal part of the machine.
• The screens can be easily extracted and changed.
• Working capacity: 9000/12000 litres/hour of juice.
